Our Mission
Welcome to the Daniel Boone Junior Cheer League!!! We are a non-profit, community based, volunteer led, group leading young cheerleaders through their first years of cheering. All school aged children (K-6th grade) residing in the Daniel Boone High School community are encouraged to join us. We cheer for both the Gray Youth-Junior Blazer Football League (WJAL) and the Boone Ballerz Basketball League. Our squads also participate in many community based activities through out the year.
Community Involvement
Daniel Boone Junior Cheer League is committed to instilling more than just cheerleading skills in the young lives of our community. Our hope is to teach the cheerleaders many skills that they will carry on through life. As a non-profit, community based, volunteer organization we are dependent on local churches and community facilities to support us by allowing us to hold practices, meetings, parties, and other events at their facilities. At the end of each season we give back to those groups by donating supplies or having the girls complete a service project as a token of our appreciation. By doing this, we hope the Daniel Boone Junior Cheer League teaches our cheerleaders how to be a helpful, compassionate, and trustworthy members of the community.
